Priyanka Sinha (b. 1978) emerges as a compelling interdisciplinary artist from Delhi-NCR, whose creative spirit navigates through the realms of painting, sculpture, installation, printmaking, and photography. Rooted in a multicultural tapestry and driven by an adventurous spirit, Sinha’s artistry is a vivid reflection of her emotional and aesthetic quests. Her oeuvre resonates with the elegance of balance, continually intertwining personal experiences with the pursuit of artistic transcendence.
Sinha’s work is marked by its thematic depth and innovative use of diverse mediums. Currently delving into constructive balance, she intricately weaves together aesthetic and emotional fluctuations with her daily experiences, striving to channel her feelings through a sense of purity. Reveling in continuous discovery, Sinha integrates new experiments into her practice, where each canvas and color becomes a vessel for expressing the strength of individual identity and revealing the profound essence of spirituality. Her series, such as ‘Aspiration,’ captures the delicate dance between control and liberation through symbolic puppets and anklet bells, while ‘Peace of Mind’ and ‘Unframed’ challenge conventional perceptions, exploring spirituality and the fluid chaos of nature, respectively.
