This sanctuary, where urban anxieties fade, has become the canvas for his daily meditation practice. Surrounded by nature's expanse, he reflects and reconnects, finding inspiration to echo the quietude and serenity on his canvases, transferring the tranquility to others.

Meiyappan's art unfolds the journey of sunlight through bamboo groves, waterbodies, and forests, capturing the enchanting beauty and mystique of secluded woods. Meiyappan, an M.F.A. (Painting) graduate from the Government College of Arts & Crafts, Kumbakonam, draws inspiration from the rich art and architecture of Tamil Nadu, which profoundly influences his artistic journey. After a significant hiatus, he presents his recent paintings in this solo exhibition in Bangalore.
